Weekly Hatha yoga with Cecilia. This class will give you a grounded sensation and prepare you for the upcoming week. We will be using yoga blocks and yoga belts in our practice.
This class is a 60-minute class and it sets the foundation of other yoga classes.
Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental poses and alignment in yoga.
