A flowing yoga class suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis.
A blend of yoga, somatics and a really good lie down.
Build resilience - both physical and emotional. Flow, wiggle and come into communication with the body.
We will be working with different body systems to increase presence and awareness of what is going on for us. We will use movement and yoga asana (postures) to connect to our bodies and leave feeling more grounded, nourished and resourced.
