This well- rounded yoga class is open to all levels of ability and will incorporate physical asana,
breathing exercises (pranayama) and mindfulness.
There will be some breath- led flowing movement as well as static postures where we will work more
deeply with the physical alignment and therapeutic benefits of the poses. Music & aromatherapy is
sometimes used to enhance the class, aimed to connect you to your strength, flexibility & balance.
Each class begins & ends with meditative practises to restore the mind- body connection, leaving
you with a sense of relaxed energy and heightened wellbeing both on and off the mat.
The peaceful Myawareness studio accommodates small groups of up to 10 students, offering a
relaxed & collaborative environment to practise.
