Leave the day behind with this hatha- based yoga class, aimed to help you release tension and restore clarity whilst connecting you to your strength, flexibility & balance.
We will explore breathing exercises (pranayama), some breath- led flowing movement (asana) as well as static postures where we will work more deeply with their physical and therapeutic benefits.
Each class begins & ends with meditative practises to help let go of the thinking mind and reconnect with the body, leaving you with a sense of ease both on & off the mat.
Both new and experienced yoga practitioners are welcome to this class at the peaceful MyAwareness studio, where mats & props are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing and any extra layers you may want to stay cosy and warm during our final relaxation poses.
