From 10.15am to 11.15am every Saturday, Ailsa will guide you through a Mandala Vinyasa Flow Yoga sequence, which involves moving around the yoga mat in all directions. Flowing, smooth and constant movement synchronised with the breath as well as the creative, playful and flowing Mandala sequence combine to create an uplifting and energising style of class. Immerse yourself in this moving meditation to stretch and strengthen the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. Each class will explore one of the five elements from the yoga tradition. Each element is linked to a different area of the body, a different Chakra and a different aspect of your life. Towards the end of the class, you will be guided to a restorative, restful and grounding close, preparing your body, mind and spirit for the rest of your day.
Ailsa’s classes are for all levels and suitable for everyone from beginners to those more experienced at practising yoga.
