A guided journey of simple and effective relaxation and restoration. Inner rather than outer movement. This is a cosy environment with mats, bolsters and eye pillows provided. We will do one or two Nidras (the yoga of sleep) with space for sharing, reflection & refreshment. Womb Nidra/ Women's Relaxation is the women's only session offering a space for focus and journeying with the womb. All other sessions are open and welcome men, women and children.
