Join us for a friendly and challenging evening yoga class.
Iyengar yoga emphasises detailed correctness in the poses and develops your awareness and understanding. Key elements include: attention to alignment, specific sequencing of postures, the use of props, modifications, and timings.
These classes are good for those with experience of yoga and especially Iyengar yoga. Class size is small so I can give individual feedback as well.
This class is not appropriate if you are under 14 weeks pregnant and please notify me if you are pregnant before attending class so I can plan accordingly.
