This class is for beginners or for those whose practice may have lapsed.
Iyengar yoga focuses on alignment, attention to detail and has a holistic approach to yoga. The body is used to help calm the nervous systems of the body. Classes are friendly and can be adapted for various experience in the room.
Yoga Loft is fully equipped and class size is limited helping to create a supportive and friendly environment to practice in.
This class is not appropriate if you are under 14 weeks pregnant and please notify me if you are pregnant before attending class so I can plan accordingly.
