Every athlete needs to connect their body with their mind, right? Integral Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga based on the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda and includes yoga postures (asanas), pranyama (breathing practices), deep relaxation and an introduction to meditation.
This adults yoga class is focused on stress relief and is suitable for both men and women of all ages and levels (including beginners) and pregnancy (after 3 months). Alternative postures will be offered to cover all abilities. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your breath and body.
What to bring (optional):
Exercise mat (If you need to borrow a mat please let me know)
Blanket and cushion (for deep relaxation & some postures)
Scarf or belt
Please wear comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a couple of hours before the class or eat lightly if you need to.
