How it Works
Class themes are kept fresh to suit the time of year and cover a wide range of warm ups, body preparations, yoga postures, sequences, breathing and a deep relaxation.
Aimed at improving posture, flexibility and strength. By focusing on movement and breathing you will achieve improvements in both your physical and emotional well being: increasing flexibility; helping to reduce stress; boosting energy levels - stretching and strengthening body and mind.
