How it Works
The design of the class introduces easy to follow yoga that focuses on taking your time, freeing you spine, improving posture and bringing mobility to your joints, muscles and whole body. Breathing and a deep relaxation are also included.
The classes are taught in a way that enables everybody to participate. You’re in charge and you take it to whatever level that suits your body, this can mean doing some of the class sitting in a chair.
