We teach mainly Dru Yoga, a flowing and graceful style of yoga, with emphasis on slowing down, moving mindfully and relaxing.
We are passionate about teaching the ancient art of yoga combined with current scientific studies. We believe Yoga moves beyond just physical poses. Through flowing movements, directed breathing, visualisation, and deep relaxations yoga work to re-balance all the many layers of our being.
