Enjoy a creative flowing Yoga Asana practice themed around the powerfull/intamite/inate link between body, breah and mind. Using Pranayama (Yogic breathing techniques) You will learn to use the breath as a master key into your body. Tunining up, down or balancing out the nervous system. We will be developing the breath as an anchor for the mind, allowing for the creation of calmer states of mind. Finding the balance you need between effort and ease in your practice on your mat.
The class is open to all levels, whilst remaining with a healthy element of challenge. Wraped up in air of lightheartedness and open inquiry.
The aim of this class is to empower you with breath awareness. This is an excellent tool which can intergrate seemlesly into daily life. Enchancing your ability to be resilent to physcial, mental and emotional stress.
