This class specially designed to wake up the body and mind for the day ahead. Flowing from one pose to the next using the breath, we’ll open hips and shoulders, stretch out the body and focus the mind, including some energising (but accessible!) poses to lift energy levels. We will also practice various breathing techniques together. If you really want to start morning yoga, but you struggle to get going in the morning, this is for you!
