This class is super-charged with calm and nourishment for your mind, body and heart. We start seated (on a chair, floor or cushion) for our guided meditation and Zen koan reading. Following this, you are invited to lie down, get comfortable and relax. You are then guided through a beautifully relaxing meditative journey around the body and later into imagination. Finally, you will be bathed in sounds of the gong and singing bowl; the perfect way to conclude the session.
