Rolfing is suitable for people of all ages, and can be particularly helpful for the following:

Relieving chronic pain in the back, neck, shoulder or other joints Improvement of poor posture Improvement of sports performance and better form in the gym Stabilisation of scoliosis Full rehabilitation after injury or surgery Increased strength and flexibility for yoga, martial arts and dance Prevention of headaches Bringing ease if you feel uncomfortable in your body Dealing with delayed effects of historical injuries or surgery Addressing breathing problems Easing digestive issues Getting your body back into shape after giving birth Management of menstrual, perimenopausal and menopausal issues Tackling chronic stress, fatigue and low energy Relieving depression and anxiety

The aim of Rolfing® is to re-establish the natural alignment of the human body, so that being upright becomes easier than slouching or collapsing. Effortless good posture brings a feeling of vitality and self-confidence. After Rolfing treatment, clients commonly report feeling lighter, freer, taller and pain-free, along with more ease and efficiency of movement.

Please note: Rolfing is greatly beneficial for most people, but not always suitable for everyone. Your first session will allow me to assess your suitability for Rolfing treatment and how I might help you achieve your aims. If you have been seriously ill within the last 5 years, or are currently on medication, please discuss this with me before booking a session.
