Alignment Yoga focuses upon on stability and safety.
My absolute priority is the wellbeing of all my students on the mat. I avoid teaching challenging postures that requires huge flexibility and agility. I prefer to focus on alignment.
Developing, understanding and cultivating an optimal body posture is highly important in order to avoid injuries and promote healthy function of all body systems.
We will also explore breath control. The techniques will have a calming effect and benefit the respiratory, cardiac and nervous systems.
