Always wanted to try Yoga, but feel the classes are physically challenging and too fast moving?
Then join me for some Mindful Movement. The classes are slow and methodical with a strong emphasis on safety and stability.
2 sessions per week - ideal for Beginners or anyone who wants to re-ignite their practice.
Have some props at the ready - in particular some blocks, a blanket and a Yoga belt.
***All students must have camera on for zoom sessions***. This is for your safety and allows me to guide and verbally adjust if necessary.
