This is a great brand new workout that targets the core and strengthens/tones the whole body using 2 Kettlebells! It takes kettlercise to a whole new level and it suits all shapes and sizes and is suitable for mixed abilities. H Core 2 is suitable for men and women. You will get great results. Enjoy!
