Offering regular yoga classes to help you on your way to a still mind and a limber body. In my classes, you can expect breath work, posture practice and of course, relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga, a regular yogi, or have not been to a session in years, my classes are open to all.
As someone who has been a keen student of yoga for the last 12 years, my teaching is influenced by a wide range of yoga styles from yin to vinyasa and hatha flow to Scaravelli with everything in between. I am particularly interested in pranayama - the power of the breath, and encourage you to tap into their own breath to enable you to feel more deeply into physical postures. My teacher training is with the British Wheel of Yoga.
