Here at WildBootcamp we believe that variety is key. If you want to see fast results, then the body needs new stimulus to adapt to. In each training session we produce a varied workout for all abilities using HIIT, conditioning and the use of equipment such as powerbags, kettlebells, battle ropes & resistance bands to name a few.
We want to galvanise you towards your personal best and keep you smiling in the process, within the motivating environment of a green space. Nature is known to be one of the most reliable boosts to your mental and physical wellbeing. WildBootcamp does not stop at physical transformation it is about being part of a wider picture of health and making some great friends along the way!
Saturday morning sessions take place on the grass throughout summer until late October where we head onto the St George Park Tennis Courts for winter.
