This class integrates two elements of practise. Power yoga and meditation. As the power flow will prepare and strengthen the body to sit, the meditation will leave you feeling light and calm. The flow will increase your heart-rate, focus on the parts in our body we need to warm, strengthen or stretch to be able stay seated with more comfort. Then allowing yourself to sit and practise humility, acceptance and compassion for yourself and others. The perfect yin and yang combination.
No previous meditation practise is needed but some yoga experience it advisable.
