These are fun, friendly sessions designed to boost your fitness and strength in a positive way. Using interval training and simple equipment in exercises that gradually build in intensity, you're encouraged to work at the level that is right for you.
Every class is different and designed with the needs of the individual members in mind. You'll never feel intimidated or out of place. Just wear comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and a smile.
