Zen Yoga encompasses body alignment, energy creation, mindfulness and body/mind balance.
Open and release and unblock the body, to develop a deeper awareness of what's going on within, practice being "in the moment" and so cultivate more relaxation, release and calm.
Postures and movements are used to bring the body into focus so that we can notice any tightnesses or restrictions and then being aware can cause them to release and so releasing our minds to become more open, compassionate and calm.
And you'll mindful relax to help the head let go and relax to complete the whole body release. No previous experience necessary. Complete yoga beginners welcome.
