This yoga is designed to open and release and unblock the body, to develop a deeper awareness functional movement by being mindful of what's going on in the yoga postures and so you’ll cultivate more physical muscle release, build strength, flexibility and balance. And you'll finish your session with some lovely relaxation to fully unwind and release your mind so you can come away feeling great and promote good sleep!

PLEASE ENTER AND PLACE YOUR MAT AS DIRECTED AND REMAIN THERE UNTIL THE CLASS FINISHES. IF VISITING THE TOILETS AT THE VENUE PLEASE ENSURE YOU KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHERS WHEN LEAVING THE CLASS AND WHEN RETURNING AND GO STRAIGHT BACK TO YOUR MAT. AT THE END OF THE SESSION PLEASE LEAVE AS DIRECTED AND DO NOT WAIT AROUND IN THE HALL OR GARDEN AREAS.
