With a focus on the joints Rocket ensures a strong & stable body you can be proud of & practice with for the rest of your life. Classes work within normal Range of Motion and are particularly great if you are interested in improving your quality of movement, maintaining or improving your competitive edge in sports and bulletproofing your body for the future.
Its sequence has lots of strengthening abdominal moves which support your inversion practice, as well as hip openers, backbends and twists to create a well-rounded body and mind. The Rocket sequences leave you with the feeling of being stronger, lighter and more flexible.
Some yoga experience may benefit you but you don’t need to be experienced nor have any certain strength - anything you haven’t got yet you will find & learn how to grow! Come find your focus, breath, and also have fun moving in this class.
