Strengthening • Dynamic • Moving into Ease This class is a blend of these two styles of Power Yoga and Yin - starting off with a Power Vinyasa flow, we move dynamically and have fun in our practice with sequences and postures that focus and challenge. Slowly after building some heat the practice turns inward, finding time to stretch out our tissues and take time to cool down in our breath and bodies. Enjoy!!
