Join Dil for a grounding workshop where you can tune your senses inwards through a yoga flow with essential oils. Essential oils have been used for their medicinal and aromatic properties for thousands of years. In this workshop, you'll learn more about how to integrate oils safely into your practice and use a range of oils to complement this workshop's theme.We'll be enjoying a warming flow moving into yin postures, with pranayama and yoga nidra. Our practice will be supported by seasonally selected oils that connect us to the theme of grounding. Autumn's that time when we get to nurture ourselves, enjoying nature's gifts as the days begin to get darker. Tea and snacks to share after practice so you can leave feeling nourished!
