Join Charlotte for an intimate journey into the wisdom of your body, where we honour the cyclical nature of our being through gentle movement, mindful meditation, and reflective practice. This workshop invites you to connect with your womb space, no matter where you are on your menstrual journey.
What to expect: A gentle guided flow through sacral chakra-centred asanas to stimulate, soothe, and energise your womb space. A grounding Yoga Nidra meditation and womb visualisation to guide you into deep relaxation, fostering connection with your bleed and the rhythms of your body. Time for free writing, drawing, and journaling to deepen your self-exploration and reflection. A menstruality medicine circle for integrative reflection and shared wisdom within the community.
Charlotte is a yoga and embodied movement facilitator, with experience teaching across studios in Bristol and Singapore. She shares a holistic practice which centres the spiritual potential of yoga as well as the grounded physical benefits, guiding mindful movement which encourages intuitive connection with the body and the breath, allowing space for self expression and deep restedness. As an apprentice with The Red School, Charlotte is trained in the work of Feminine Leadership and Menstruality which engages the physiological, emotional, and psycho-spiritual dimensions of menstruation, seeking to reframe the menstrual cycle as a source of wisdom and power in the journey of personal growth.
She offers somatically-informed educational workshops for cultivating deeper understanding of, and connection with, our bodies and our bleeds. The medicine of movement and menstruality has been a part of her own journey of self connection and love, and she is passionate about holding a nourishing space for empowering this embodied wisdom in others.
Journals are welcome, though writing materials will be provided.
This will be a nourishing space for you to reconnect, heal, and empower yourself through the medicine of movement and menstruality. Open to all womb-bearers in their menstruating years, perimenopausal, or post-menopausal glory
