Breath. Ease. Balance. Peace. Hatha Yoga is the practice of physical postures and breathing techniques (pranayama). The class is based around flowing breath-directed movements while always giving attention to accurate alignment and the therapeutic principles of each asana (posture). We move through the class with ease in the body, yet focus in the mind. Feel improvements in your strength, flexibility and balance and come away feeling a peaceful connection between body and mind. **The room will be warmed for you with cosy candles, to make it extra cosy for these colder months! P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
