Flowing - Nourishing - Mindful
We begin the class with a sequence of flowing movements to ease up space in the body and connect you to your breath. Clear out any tension and create space to land back in your body
There will be an extended relaxation at the end of the class (15-20mins) This practice of Yoga Nidra invites deep stillness as we drift into dreamtime with this nourishing practice - an experience said to be more restorative than sleep itself. Nidra encourages deep relaxation in the body and lets the mind float between sleep and wakefulness, as we explore the journey inwards to our centre.
You will be guided through breath and body awareness into a state of letting go and connecting with your inner vision. Once you slip into your own state of stillness, both your physical and mental body will find the space and silence they need to rejuvenate and restore.
Come in comfortable clothing - bolsters, mats and cosy blankets provided. Bringing your own eye pillows is welcomed.
