Stabilising. Strengthening. Releasing.This class is for mothers to be that are 12 weeks and over. Pilates can be a wonderful way to increase strength in the lower body to help carry you into pregnancy and to help release tight areas throughout the changes that happen. No prior experience of Pilates is needed. Expect to maintain your range of movement, gain strength and work with your balance. Come as you are, and work to your own limits each week with our teacher supporting you where you are.Feel supported by your teacher, fellow to-be-mums, and enjoy, let go, relax and connect.Please let your teacher know if you have any specific health conditions or queries.
