Invigorating - Strengthening - BalancingThis Iyengar class includes both dynamic and strengthening sequences to refresh the mind and uplift the spirits, as well as to improve the overall tone of the body. Flexibility with stability are at the core of BKS Iyengar’s teaching ~ you’ll leave the class having learnt more about how your body works and how to keep it healthy through the practice! Throughout the class we will learn to observe the effects of each action, and how our adjustments bring balance and poise to both body and mind.In this class you’ll receive highly individualised teaching. The class suits all bodies and modification options are given throughout. We will explore more challenging asanas and actions, as well as the subtler aspects of practise such as pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation. We will also smile lots and hopefully have a giggle along the way!
