Easeful. Fluid. Calming.
This class begins with a relaxed flow to help you stretch out your whole body and release any tension from the day behind. Move with the breath as you increase your flexibility and clear space in your body.
After you've opened up your body through flow, it's time to nestle into the bolsters and get cosy. Let go more deeply in still yin poses that encourage a sense of wellbeing through the body and target the connective tissues.
End with a long guided relaxation, blankets optional and feel free to bring an eye pillow! Feel refreshed and peaceful, ready for a good night's rest.
NB: we provide mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps - but do feel free to bring your own! We don't have eye pillows in class for cleaning reasons but you can bring yours or purchase at the studio. Do bring layers (long sleeve tops, jumpers, socks, scraves) if you tend to get cold :)
