This class begins with a relaxed flow to help you stretch out your whole body and release any tension from the day behind. Move with the breath as you increase your flexibility and clear space in your body.
After you've opened up your body through flow, it's time to nestle into the bolsters and get cosy. Let go more deeply in still yin poses that encourage a sense of wellbeing through the body and target the connective tissues.
We'll finish with a long, guided relaxation to settle the mind and soften the body. Leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready for a deeper, more restful night's sleep.
