Open to all who wish to practice Mysore style. (Usually a 3 week block, this 2 week one !) Resumes to be 3 week blocks from Jan 2026.
Whether you’re used to practicing Ashtanga Yoga, or wanting to give it a try, these sessions welcome you. You’ll have guidance and assists throughout, in a way of practicing that is thoughtful towards your individuality and how you’d like to approach your practice.
