A personalised Ashtanga practice to you.
Ashtanga practiced this way is a traditional, self-paced approach that empowers you to tune in to your practice and needs. Everyone is practicing in a way that’s personal to them, whilst having guidance throughout from the teacher. You don’t have to have prior knowledge of the Ashtanga sequence to be able to attend this class and it is actually a lovely class if you’re starting out! A feature of this style of practice is the hands on assists during practice (if you want it!) - think Thai massage style stretches while you’re in postures. A supportive, gentle way to work together with the teacher to feel into postures that work for your body. Open to all- Come join!
