An informal, friendly and fun class for babies from 6-8 weeks old to 1 year old - crawlers welcome! Each session is different to suit the needs of the group in the moment - and the babies really make their own rules!
Expect babies feeding, sleeping, crying, being changed or cuddled; all whilst we work with yoga movements, breathing practices and relaxation to help calm and soothe your mind, restore your vitality and stabilise your body after pregnancy and birth. There will also be lots of integrated practices with your babies, such as singing and massage! No prior experience of yoga is needed.
Connect with your babies and enjoy the encouraging and supportive environment with other mums and your teacher.
