Enjoy this time in a guided self practice- an approachable, sustainable and lovely way to practice Ashtanga Yoga and develop your practice.
Here’s how it works
➡️ Book in to one of the slot start times, turn up at any point during the time slots to start your practice. 💫
➡️ You delve into your practice at your own time and are guided by the teacher - do not worry if you cannot remember the sequence or are a newbie to Ashtanga! Just let us know and we are here to help you on this. 😊
• Everyone finishes at a time that suits you. You choose how long you want your practice to be that day - it could be 45 minutes, an hour, or longer. You simply practice up to where you feel happy to go up to, then close your practice.
• Definitely don't feel like you have to 100% know the sequence to attend this! Your teacher will then teach you the next posture, and the next, and so it continues..in fact, these classes are a wonderful hand in hand starting point to learn Ashtanga Yoga along with our Ashtanga Basics classes 💓😌
• Come cultivate your self practice in a supportive environment and find your own space, your own pace of moving and have more time to explore areas that you're finding challenging. This style of practicing allows you to move to your personal rhythm whilst having the lovely group energy of a class.
• 🤘🏼🤘🏼 Beginners to Ashtanga - you are very welcome in this class - don't be scared of it! We would recommend you try this class alongside the Ashtanga Basics class together in your week!
