This extended 90-minute class is a space to begin the new year with clarity and intention. We’ll start with a grounding Vinyasa flow—creative, steady and breath-led—designed to awaken the body and clear the mind. Expect fluid movement that builds strength, flexibility and inner awareness, helping you settle into presence and shed the weight of the past year.
After moving, we’ll transition into guided reflection and simple journalling prompts to explore what you wish to release, what you want to welcome, and the intentions you’d like to carry into 2026. With a new cycle beginning, this practice offers the opportunity to reset, re-centre and realign with what feels true for you.
We’ll close with spacious rest, allowing your body and mind to absorb the benefits of both movement and contemplation.

P.S. Mats and props are provided at the studio, though you’re welcome to bring your own. Changing rooms and a cosy tea station are available too.
