Vinyasa Flow is a class based on flowing movements in time with the breath. Creative and challenging, each class builds strength, flexibility and awareness throughout the entire body. The flowing nature of the class allows your mind to completely focus and relax, and we end with a time of rest to allow you to enjoy the full benefit of your practice.
Beginners are welcome in Vinyasa Flow classes. Modifications to postures are given by the teacher to ensure the class is approachable for everyone.
This class is heated, a nice warming temperature and not hot hot - but do let the teacher know if you get too warm midway through class and they can cool it down for you :)
