This class is for you to ease off the physical and mental load of the week, so you're feeling balanced for Friday and the weekend <3 A class to find your flow in ways that balance and soothe your nervous system, moving through shedding stress and allowing time for recovery and balance. We begin with a slow flow with grounding movements that aim to unknot your work-posture and shift you out of your head and back into feeling present with yourself. Once any physical restlessness is settled, we transition into a Yin practice - floor based postures that work on the nervous system, to settle the fight or flight response of our nervous system and hope to clear the mental clutter from the week. This class is sequenced to allow for a lowering of cortisol levels, and preparing yourself for a calming sleep. We hope you leave lighter, destressed, and ready to glide through Friday into the weekend.
