We will start with a brief check-in to connect to each other in the space before drawing inwards, becoming aware of our natural breath, the quality of our heart and our state in the present moment, welcoming the full spectrum of our beings. Coming to find an intention, a desire of something we wish to cultivate more of in our lives, you’ll be invited to chant, or simply receive the sound, in order to commit this intention to yourself and the world around you. We’ll move into a flow, focused on attention to detail, in order to build heat in the body, allowing you to fully release into a deep rest at the end of the class, where you’ll be enveloped in live music.
