A class that emphasises strength and calm. We start with breath work to soothe the nervous system, bring focus to the mind and body and cultivate steadier and deeper breathing.
With this steady breath, we move into the asana (postural) practice, flowing slowly from one asana to the next as we stay in tune with our inhales and exhales. Feel strong and connected to your body and mind's rhythms, never rushing from posture to posture but moving to keep the breath, body and mind as steady as we practice.
We end the class in a short meditation- simply a time for your mind to settle and enjoy in the stillness and calm.
