Mysore Style Ashtanga is a self-paced approach to Ashtanga Yoga. Unlike led classes where everyone moves together, Mysore Style empowers you to tune in to your practice and needs. Everyone practicing together contributes to an uplifting, supportive atmosphere!
A feature of this style of practice is the hands on assists during practice (if you want it!) - think Thai massage style stretches while you’re in postures. A supportive, gentle way to work together with the teacher to feel into postures a little deeper where you want it.
