A class focussed on steady movements to strengthen the core! Expect to move with the principles of maintaining a healthy alignment of the spine, some longer holds in postures, and some repetitions of movements to fire up the inner core and lift up the inner chest and lower spine, bringing strength and support for your lower back!
We will start with deep breath work to connect with the length of your body and to find a lift in the chest. Moving to postures that will steadily build a healthy posture and a stable spine.
This class is an open level class. If you are new to yoga, do check out our New to Yoga courses or let the teacher know beforehand that you are totally new!
