Join us for a 45-minute bridge between your workday and your evening! Core & Flow 45 is designed to help you shake off the day, and reconnect with your energy in a way that feels steady, energising, and kind.
We focus on functional strength—think foundational core stability and movement that helps you move through your daily life with more ease and less tension. Expect a steady warm up that transitions you out of the day, before we move through a dynamic Vinyasa which emphasises finding our center through balance, transitions, and moving between postures. The class will weave in postures to support how you move in your daily life, think postures to support your joints, shoulders, back, neck, and core. The class finishes with a cool-down, so you leave energised and with a clear head from the day.
Whether you’re stepping away from the desk or finishing the school run, this 45 minute session offers a space for you to build steady strength, find your center, and leave feeling energised and calm. You’ll be off the mat by 5:00 PM, feeling supported, centered, and ready to enjoy your evening.
