Upbeat, confidence boosting and low impact, each class is a full-body workout using small, controlled movements to strengthen every muscle. Inspired by 80s fitness, ballet and Pilates and set to a fun, motivating playlist, you’ll feel long, strong and energised, alongside a beautiful, supportive community. Barre is rhythmic and strength-focused, using pulses and holds to build deep stability and balance. In class, we use props such as a Pilates ball, mini dumbbells and resistance bands. Pregnancy-friendly and suitable for movement restrictions, with options throughout so you can move at your own pace, let go of perfection and enjoy feeling good in your body.
