Improve movement. Ease into strength. Maintain your body.This class will start with slow, steady movements to prepare your body. You will then build up into strengthening some of your deep core muscles and challenging yourself to reach your edges.A good chance to really understand some of the yoga poses as they get broken down in more depth. Classes will help you know your body better, as you experience the anatomy of movement. This class is aimed at improving flexibility, fascial patterning, functional movement, core stability, strength and balance.P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
