Spirited. Flowing. Warming.Vinyasa Flow is a class based on flowing movements in time with the breath. Creative and challenging, each class builds strength, flexibility and awareness throughout the entire body. The flowing nature of the class allows your mind to completely focus and relax, and we end with a time of rest to allow you to enjoy the full benefit of your practice. Beginners are welcome in Vinyasa Flow classes. Modifications to postures are given by the teacher to ensure the class is approachable for everyone. P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
