Nurturing. Gentle. Kind. Nourishing.
This class is for soon to be mothers that are 13 weeks and over, safe to carry on until birth. Expect a gentle, nurturing class with yoga postures and breathing techniques to deeply connect with your baby and to bring about relaxation in your mind and body. Practicing throughout your pregnancy keeps you mobile, ease any pregnancy ailments and connect to your changing body.
Feel supported by your teacher, fellow to-be-mums, and enjoy, let go, relax and connect. No prior experience of yoga is needed. Please speak to us if you have any extenuating circumstances.
On our Saturday 10.15am class, there will be an extra 15 minute time to join us for tea and biscuits in Studio 2 after your class in Studio 1. Your teacher will be there to chat further about anything, or simply use this time for you to have a cuppa with other expecting mums!
P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
