A discovery of your own anatomy, understanding how to work from your deepest core to the ends of your fingers and toes.In this open level class, expect to challenge your range of movement, strength & balance throughout.Do let your teacher know if you have any injuries, are pregnant, or recently had a baby. P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
